November 26th is recognised as The National Constitution Day which was initiated to be celebrated in schools and colleges after the Government of India declared this day since 2015. Since then, it has been celebrated in entire nation.
St Agnes CBSE school too celebrated this day meaningfully with a devotional prayer service and depicting the importance of the day in the school assembly. All the students of the school recited the pledge and added the importance of the day. A short programme was organised to commemorate this day teachers Nayana and Janet were the guest of the day and shared their views on the constitution and the purpose of its existence to all citizens of India.
A skit was enacted by the students on the constitution and its importance remembering the great national leaders. The students were motivated to decorate their class room notice board on the Constitution of India theme.
The programme was compered by Dhrithi and Ishanvi. The gathering was formally welcomed by Chaitanya and Vote of thanks was proposed by Nidhi thanking all for their participation and support.
